Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at info@vctrs.co.uk. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions.

Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent you the wrong item — in which case we cover it.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification. This right applies to all items, including those bought using a discount code.

Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

You are entitled to examine and try on items as you would in a shop. However, if an item is handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in its value.

When you cancel, we will refund the price you paid for the item together with the standard delivery charge you paid on your original order. If you chose Express delivery, we will refund the cost of our Standard delivery rate.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will make it right at no cost to you — we cover return postage and you will not be out of pocket.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days from delivery to reject a faulty item and receive a full refund. Your legal rights in respect of faulty goods are not affected by this policy.

Condition of returned items

For returns outside the statutory cancellation period, items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Exceptions

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new one.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of you providing proof of postage, whichever is sooner. It can take a little longer for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
