Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery options

All orders are sent with Evri on a next working day service. The difference between our two options is how quickly your order is dispatched, not how quickly it travels.

  • Standard delivery — £4.99. Dispatched the next working day.
  • Express delivery — £6.99. Prioritised and dispatched the same working day, provided your order is placed before 12:00pm.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Express orders placed after 12:00pm, at the weekend, or on a bank holiday will be prioritised and dispatched on the next working day.

When your order will arrive

Once dispatched, Evri aims to deliver the next working day. Delivery estimates are provided by our courier in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during sale periods, product launches and public holidays.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with your Evri tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or uncollected, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. If you would prefer to cancel, we will refund you in line with our Refund Policy. Where a parcel is returned because the address you provided was incorrect or incomplete, we may charge the cost of redelivery.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us at info@vctrs.co.uk with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the courier.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as you can and we will put it right at no cost to you. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days from delivery to reject a faulty item. See our Refund Policy for full details.
